Since joining LIC of India as a Development Officer on 1 November 1997, he has built an outstanding reputation for leadership, advisor development, customer service excellence, and business growth.

Armed with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), and the prestigious Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India (FIII) qualification, Ravisankar combines strong academic credentials with extensive industry expertise. His commitment to professional excellence has enabled him to develop and mentor successful insurance advisors while delivering exceptional value to policyholders.

He currently leads a dynamic team of 150 LIC Advisors, including 33 Club Member Advisors across various elite categories, ranging from the Galaxy Club to the Branch Manager's Club. Under his guidance, six advisors have achieved the internationally recognized MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) qualification, reflecting the team's dedication to excellence, ethical business practices, and customer-centric financial solutions.

To ensure continuous growth and superior performance, he operates a fully equipped professional office that provides comprehensive support in advisor development, business planning, digital operations, and advanced training. Through regular mentoring sessions, professional development initiatives, and specialized workshops conducted by experienced trainers, he empowers advisors to achieve higher levels of productivity and professionalism.

His team has consistently secured top positions at both Zonal and Divisional levels in New Business performance and ANANDA Digital Proposal Completion, demonstrating a strong commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and superior customer experience.
